From the outset Matiu's work ethic was evident, he worked harder than the other two potential candidates to take on selling our property. His appraisal and strategy to sell our property was very specific and well organised. His professionalism and ability to multi task to maintain what was a very tight timeframe was on point. His communication is excellent I was regularly updated all the time, and everything was well explained to my partner and I option wise.
