Closing the Sale

Hi Justin, You were great to deal with and certainly went "the extra mile" to help me sell as I was living in Melbourne and communicating at arms length. So I was extremely grateful for all the little extra things you did. My only negative experience was that because you were about to leave on a 3 - 4 week holiday I felt the final negotiations with the buyer were rushed. The initial price offered was far too low and I had to insist on a higher price which ultimately resulted in a $10,000 increase on the first offer by the buyer. But overall you were great.
