Professional, Thorough and Fair

I have recently rented out my property with Belinda and Anthea. Both were professional, friendly and dealt with issues in a timely manner. They were very understanding with even the most seamingly basic questions i had. This was especially helpful as a first time landlord, renting out what was previously my first home. I was walked through the entire process, making it seem easy. During the initial entry inspection they took more photos than I would have imagined which was reassuring that every part of the property is accurately captured. They vetted and selected the tennants well and so far I have had a good run. Onto the fairness, Anthea and Belinda did insist I fix a few things prior to rent (mostly gardening haha). Which for prospective tennants reading this, shows they actually care about the tennants as well. I respect this and would rather be notified of issues regarding my property promptly, so that they can be fixed early before becoming major issues.
