Very good experience when renting our investment property

I have recently used Costigan Hills Real Estate agency to rent out our investment property. I worked with both Jean Paul (Property Manager) and Ismaiel (Leasing Agent) during the process. both of them are very helpful and knowledgeable about the rental process and always available to answer our queries. Also, I can see that, they accurately covered the relevant/ little details about the property (including the photos) in the property condition report provided prior to the rental. this will definitely helpful for both the landlord and the tenant to verify the condition of the report at the end of the tenancy. So far I'm having a very good experience with them and I believe this quality service will continue in the future as well.
