Made selling a house easy

Colin was very helpful in preparing the property and as I don't live in the area anymore, his assistance and readiness to do "whatever it takes" was amazing. His knowledge of the local area was very obvious and it helps to have an agent who lives and works in the area. Colin's office also managed the property while I rented it out and the service and "can do / will do" approach was excellent.
