First home buyers

Michael and his team have done great explaining every step of purchasing our first home. Its very stressful and he has made it so easy. The negotiati6on process was very honest as he explained what the sellers were hoping for and he really pushed through our offer. We were house hunting for a few months, almost every weekend and after every viewing we felt hassled by other realtors and pushed to put in big offers, it made every viewing tough dealing with realtors who just want quick sales. Our process is almost complete and Michael has been brilliant never pushy , good advisor, organised viewings for us multiple times, knows the area, any questions we had about the property he was honest and questions he didnt know he asked the sellers and got back to us asap. In my opinion the only real estate agent i felt good about sitting down and having a genuine chat with.
