I went to multiple agents throughout the Kwinana region for the sale of my property - five to be exact. Immediately, Trent visited the property upon it becoming vacant and gave very clear instructions on what to do the property to maximise the sales result and provided reliable / well priced tradespeople to undertake the relevant tasks. He also provided direction on when/how to schedule in the trades and how to subsequently advertise the property so that our down-time was minimised and we were on the market as close as possible in time to the completion of the work. Once the campaign began, Trent had a significant number of people through the home open and generated 4 offers from the first weekend, all of which were above where I thought the price would land, and significantly above. Trent was able to extract an unconditional offer from a local buyer nearly $70,000 more than what I had anticipated for an extremely smooth sales process to ensue. Could not recommend Trent enough, and 10/10 from start to finish.
