We are a team of professional and experienced Real Estate Agents established in Hobart since 1992. Liz, the business owner, has been with CPPM Property Management and Sales since 1999. Smooth process for seller, buyer and tenant

Rose excelled in negotiating the sale of a rental property while simultaneously managing the needs of us as sellers, the requirements of the buyers, and the rights of our tenant. This is a tricky balancing act, as we were keen to look after our tenant, and Rose handled the process very nicely.
