Competent and professional

I changed property managers after nearly 20 years with my previous agents because their service had deteriorated leaving my property with significant urgent maintenance issues that they had not bought to my attention. CPPM, from the first conversation through to the successful rental agreement only a few days after the listing have been professional and interested in my property. Although I only met Rose and then David less than a month ago, I am extremely pleased I made the change and have been impressed with their professionalism and assistance. It is certainly the beginning of our relationship, but I anticipate a long and productive time with them as managers. It is very good to know staff at CPPM have long term continuity and that my property will not constantly be switched from staff member to staff member as was the case proviously.

Efficient and helpful

I moved to Hobart from Melbourne and was shocked and stressed with property market. However, I found CPPM very efficient as they went through my application quickly and I signed the contract on the same day of inspection! Thanks David and Yevonne :)
