Tough market

After a tenancy finished of our fully furnished two bedroom property near Christmas we decided to renovate the bathroom. That took three months. When making the property available again there was little interest so after discussing with CPPM we had to reduce our expectations to meet the market. After nearly two months we were fortunate that CPPM secured a 12 month lease in what has become a tough market with few tenants able to pay higher rent. Well done on the persistence!
