Absolutely excellent professional management experience with CPPM Property Management

Ruth Ennis, who is our property manager with CPPM, regularly achieves results with our property that are above and beyond the call of duty. Her advise on rent, renewal of property details, such as linoleum, eletricity switches, double glazing of windows, hiring of trustworthy gardeners etc. have all been followed and ensure that we and the tenants are confident that the property is always in very good condition and that we are in constant and amical communication that serves renters and landlord needs. Ruth in fact foresees the tenants' needs and forestalls any diminuition of amenities. Her kind, gentle and knowledgeable manner means that our tenants remain in the property for many years, despite rent rises and know that Ruth will deal swiftly and professionaly with any problems, As landlords we rely entirely on her widespanning knowledge and experience to guide us, in the certain knowledge that any and every problem will be dealt with by her. I certainly commend her as an outstanding property agent, who deserves the highest accolades and praise.
