This lovely cottage is walk in ready, fully furnished, it offers a double bed with all linen supplied, an ensuite with shower, hair dryer, iron & washing machine. The kitchenette has an oven, two hot plates, bar fridge and all the utensils you will require for your stay.
Although the studio is warm and cosy a wood heater and free-standing heater are provided. The space is compact and best suited to one person/someone who enjoys peaceful living. This cottage is securely set behind high fencing with a lockable gate.
Easy walking distance to the CBD and Salamanca. No OSP, but 24 hr a day free on-street parking available right outside.
