The CPPM team provides excellent service of the highest quality. The property managers are thorough, proactive and quick to respond to requests. Communication from the whole team is outstanding. They give me confidence that my investments are in good hands.

Inaccurate Ingoing Report by Rental Agent

The agents ingoing condition report for the rental property I moved into was wildly inaccurate. The agents report described a pristinely clean property, but I found countless discrepancies in the level of cleanliness and overall condition - about half of the items in the report I disagreed with. For example the “professionally cleaned” carpet had multiple stains and makings that weren’t noted in the report. Almost every wall was covered in residues and hand prints. The shower contained mould and long hair. The “Secure” towel rack was broken at one end. The list could go on and on with all the discrepancies. I don’t want to be held responsible for these or be required to clean to a higher level at the end of my lease. Still working through these discrepancies with CPPM now. Comms and everything else previously were all good but overall disappointed in my move in experience with CPPM given the above.
