Great response rate for rental

I have just begun a tenancy managed by Charlotte Peterswald in Tasmania. After submitting my initial condition report, I noticed something wrong and messaged my agent. They were very quickly able to organise tradesmen to come out and inspect the issue and were able to have a non-urgent issue sorted very quickly at my request. They were very communicative around the process and ensuring I was happy with the outcome :)
