Cathy was brilliant. Process of moving down to Tassie from Sydney was daunting but Cathy made it simple. She made it easy for my brother (Tassie based) to come and inspect. Steps thereafter were seamless. And meeting the rest of the team too at the offices, all polite and action oriented. Thanks again
