We had a genuinely positive experience with CPPM, especially with Nicky. From the very beginning, we were pleasantly surprised to receive a small welcome gift when we moved in. It was a thoughtful gesture that made us feel valued as tenants. Whenever we raised concerns about noise, the issue was taken seriously and handled professionally. Communication was always smooth, clear, and timely — we never had to chase for updates. Routine inspections were conducted in a respectful and friendly manner. Always polite, professional, and considerate of our privacy. When our fridge had an issue, it was replaced very quickly without unnecessary delays, which we really appreciated. Overall, Nicky is genuinely kind, responsible, and efficient. It’s rare to encounter property management that is both professional and truly caring. We are very grateful for her support.
