Impressive!

Our experience was nothing less than exceptional (being the 4th time listed), our property had been on and off the market for 12+ months, we previously had used 2 other agents and no result. Craig got the job done in 3 weeks!! Craig is honest, upfront, enthusiastic and proactive in his approach. Communication lines were always open and clear. Craig is an extremely experienced agent who knows the business inside and out, communicates and relates to people on all levels, is in touch with the surrounding areas, is a fantastic negotiator but more importantly gets the job done for a fixed price. What more can I say except, if you want to sell your home then Craig is the guy to do it. Don't listen to anyone who will tell you that due to his fixed commission he won’t be interested in getting the best price possible, or he has to list too many houses to make money, or he won’t work as hard as other agents because that couldn’t be further from the truth. I have no hesitation at all in recommending Craig and will definitely be using him should the occasion arise again.
