Brendan was very knowledgeable and professional

Brendan had previously sold a friend's home in Mayfield where he did such a good job I felt he would be the ideal agent to sell our family home. Living in Sydney I was unable to be there. The house and gardens were very unkempt. Brendan took control on my behalf and had the furniture removed, the house totally cleaned and gardens trimmed ready for sale within a short time. Brendan attracted many possible buyers on the initial open day and the sale was professionally negotiated within a week. Brendan communicated with me regularly and was very patient and skilful throughout. We were exceptionally happy with the price negotiated.
