Why Should You Choose Jason Hawes As Your Agent??? Here's Our Experience

Late 2014 Jason sold our unit in Cronulla, he made an exhausting job a pleasant one, I'm glad we choose him to represent us. We, just like you are doing now, did our research on which agent we should choose. We met with most of the top agents within Cronulla, we even went to Auctions & open homes to see how other agents performed on the day. It’s a big decision and one that should not be taken lightly, lots of your dollars are on the line here. Most of the agents we met with boasted about how their agency had the biggest share of the market, the highest paid sales or that the strength of the agency would push our sale higher. Jason on the other hand just stated the facts of what he could offer, did an appraisal on our unit which we thought was a fair (which in the end was spot on the money for what our unit sold for) and most importantly offered us a good value deal on our sale. His marketing experience during this early planning stage was apparent, and in the end it achieved the result we were after. Jason delivered on all of the items he discussed with us, both in a timely & professional manner. It’s not often these days sales people deliver on what they promise, let alone go above and beyond like Jason did. Throughout the whole experience Jason kept us in the loop, something that was very important to me. Each time we spoke he had an update on who was coming on the next open house, who was calling him and asking questions about our property and what we needed to do as a seller. This just made the whole experience easy and a lot more relaxed. In the end, I have no doubt Jason’s negotiation skills got us the best possible price, I was amazed at how he handled himself and represented us at the most important time in the sale.
