Having now both purchased and sold through Crowder’s Real Estate and after managing an extensive portfolio, we feel qualified to say that Sam and Narelle Crowder are without exception the best real estate agents we have ever had the privilege of working with. From the very beginning, when we were discussing the preparation of our home and the selling price, Sam arrived with extensive research and evidence of his strategy. Then the magic happened… clever marketing brought huge numbers through and qualified buyers continued throughout the campaign. Crowders were fastidious in calling each potential buyer and getting to know their requirements.. so much so that the eventual purchaser agreed to a long settlement at above our asking price, which suited us perfectly.
