Searching for a Home to buy

Had knowledge of 'blokey' type questions about house, pool, solar, shed etc etc. Responded by SMS and emails on information sought regarding contract, warranties etc. Very pleased with all things talked about and negotiated throughout from 1st visit to Settlement. Would regard Josie's expertise and 'genuineness' as solid and exceptional. Oh, forgot...in addition to my comments.... the Girl's who requested an inspection on the house found Josie welcoming and open to all of the general questions and comments on layout of kitchen, rooms, downstairs etc etc as women would ask. Love the 'Heart' and its meaning .....
