negotiation skills

We where very impressed with how Mark was able to negotiate the final price for us. I have heard a lot of complaints regarding agents who will not really wanting to push for a few thousand as it doesn't impact a lot on their gain. However it was evident Mark was 100% working to achieve the best price for us.
