Great Result

Due to Covid-19 and lockdown we were a bit sceptical as to whether the timing was right to sell. After discussions with Scott we decided to put it on the market with a restricted 'open' house, appointment only on the following Saturday. Monday we had an offer which we accepted. All done in a week. The whole process went so smoothly and to receive more than what we expected but so grateful for was due to Scott's knowledge of the market and his negotiating skills.
