She Knows the real estate market really well esp on the Gold Coast, and out smarted the competition Realtors selling at Terraces on the Park in choosing the correct time to beat the competitors to the market. If your a property owner of Terraces on the Park Oxenford QLD please use the onsite managers to sell and lease your unit you be mad like a cut snake if you chose anybody else to look after it.
