We selected Damien Steele to market and broker the sale of our house at Marcus Beach over other local agents as we felt very comfortable with his integrity and demeanour. He cared for our position and respected that we would not be prepared to participate in a marketing campaign that quickly broke down our initial reasonable ideals to a sub-market sale price or failed auction. Our campaign was complicated by the death of a family member requiring the campaign be suspended to satisfy legal requirements - this was easily accommodated, and his caring was appreciated.
