We were extremely impressed with Dennis' knowledge of the local market. He was very friendly, inclusive to both of us and easy to communicate with. From our first meeting and hence the agreement to proceed, Dennis and Emily went into a mode that obviously proves a successful formula to provide the very best result possible. From the House Stylist, to the Photographs. The Online presentation, to the OFIs', and the letterbox drops. They knew their buyers from the Private Inspections and the OFIs'. They seemed to know approximately where those buyers were financially and by the day of the Auction, they knew who was really going to bid. At the Auction, Dennis left no stone unturned. He described the contract and it's details, the property and the area as best as I have heard any Auctioneer. Although the Auction commenced slowly, Dennis & Emily cranked up the momentum and the predicted buyers quickly surpassed the reserve price making it unnecessary to consult us half way through.
