Great to rent from!

I was renting through D&H for the last year and a bit. I have to say they’ve been one of the better real estates that I’ve rented through. Issues were always resolved quickly and their communication was excellent from the start the tenancy to handing the keys back. They had the perfect balance of caring for the property on behalf of the owner to respecting that it is the tenants home. Was really nice to feel valued as a renter.

A diamond in the ruff

I had been a tenant through the Day & Hodgson Real Estate Team for close to 3 years. And i was impressed! I have been renting in Sydney for almost 15 years with the more common agencies, the R&W's and Ray Whites where i received a mediocre service as a tenant, BUT, the Day & Hodgson team, specifically Mylisa (Senior Property Manager) is an exceptional manager to work with. Mylisa was always quick to reply to any communications, and if there were any maintenance issues in the property, there was zero hesitation to escalate the matter to a trades person for a quick turn around. Also Belinda in the office was very responsive to any financial questions i had over the years. To the directors of D&H, This team is worth their weight in gold. If i ever have the chance to have an investment property, Day & Hodgson are at the top of my list as property agents.
