Unbelievable, first rate service!

We met Scott at an open for inspection & I knew that if we were ever to sell, Scott would be our preferred real estate agent. He came and gave us an appraisal soon after & this cemented our belief to call on Scott when the time came to sell. There was no pressure to put our property on the market at that time at all, Scott was sensitive to our situation & very professional. 2 years later, when we finally decided to sell, Scott of course was our first and only choice! He gave us a lot of information about recent sales, etc in the area & he thought that auction was the best choice & we totally agreed - he lives locally so knew the current real estate market extensively. When we saw our listing, we were blown away. His hard work & knowledge of what it takes to sell a home really paid off - our listing looked amazing. Once the open for inspections began, Scott ensured that he kept us updated & called us after every inspection. We really appreciated this as we had moved out, so werent there to receive the feedback in person. Scott's campaign was run professionally & our neighbours were amazed at the efficiency in which the inspections were run, especially with the Covid-19 rules and regulations. Scott & his team were conscious of the needs of the residents living in our apartment block & the residents appreciated that. When it came time for the auction, Ross Cattle did an absolute stellar job - he is definitely the best auctioneer we have ever encountered - both professional & funny, he had the crowd eating out of his hand, everyone appeared relaxed and ready to bid!!! Bids were coming thick & fast, our heads were spinning! Ross was just truly amazing, some of our neighbours attended & said he was a true professional! Due to this, when that gavel fell, the final bid well exceeded our reserve and we were pinching ourselves! The entire Define team were just so wonderful and we would highly recommend this professional team, they genuinely care for both seller and buyer!
