Ross Cattle review for auctioning of house in Alexandra Headlands
We met Ross Cattle in Mooloolaba when we contacted him about selling our mothers house after her recent death, since his agency has looked after the rent of this property for several years. We also contacted another agency to talk to them about the sale, and to ask advice about auctioning the property or selling it directly. Our first impressions of both Ross Cattle and the other agent were markedly different. Ross came across as extremely professional, motivated and dynamic. He informed us that he would personally be the auctioneer (in contrast to the other agents who employ an external auctioneer), and that he would do his utmost to get us the best price for the house. By contrast, our experience of the other agency was that their agent simply read from the spiel that they provided to their representatives, and when we asked questions not in this information, they simply showed us the advertising on their iPad. Ross Cattle's enthusiasm and dynamism impressed both my sister and me, and we both very clearly felt that he was the correct choice of agent for the sale. In this we were not disappointed, as he continuously sent us information about potential buyers, and gave us sound advice about what to expect and what was a realistic price in the market. At auction he clearly demonstrated his skills, and we were all very satisfied with the price that he achieved. Both our parents we are sure would also be satisfied with his professionalism if they were still with us. In our opinion Ross is an excellent agent who looks after both the sellers and the buyers. His staff are professional and courteous, and his agency achieves what they tell you they will do. There are no gimmicks, and there is honesty in what Ross and his team tell you - which is a refreshing change from that seen in many other real estate agents. We would hence strongly recommend Ross Cattle and his team to any future buyers and sellers of property on the sunshine coast.
