Rob provided excellent professional service from initial valuation to sale

Rob initially provided a valuation on the property . All communication between us was by phone or e.mail as I reside in Cairns and was selling the property on behalf of a relative . Rob was innovative in his approach to marketing and provided a detailed brief on costs. He worked over and above the call of duty in taking on the project management of refurbishing the interior of the house and generally getting the property ready for sale. His negotiating skills with respect to the sale were professional and effective and he is a great communicator. I would highly recommend him.
