Fantastic experience, great result.

It was my first time selling a house and I am delighted with the result and really admire the work of Dib and his team. Dib and his agency are hard working and efficient. They engaged top line photographers, auctioneers, and printers and used modern techniques such as weekly vendor reports to keep me fully informed as to the progress of the campaign. Dib was able to set out a timetable for the campaign and all the appointments went smoothly and the advertising and printing of brochures was carried out on a tight timeframe. I was nervous about the campaign due to Covid restrictions on open houses but Dib and his team did not miss a beat with private inspections. They were able to generate genuine interest which was sustained up to the auction with nine bidders present. Dib’s team was great at handling the technical aspects of the Zoom auction and everything went off without a hitch. I couldn’t be happier with the result and the overall experience.
