Southern Highland's Best Agent....

Real Estate Agents work on behalf of Vendors and in our experience rarely keep in touch with prospective Buyers on a regular basis…..unless they have a listing they are trying to sell. With that premise in mind and as a Buyer, we can’t speak highly enough of Michael from Knight Bailey. We initially met Michael when we were Sydney based and were in the early stages of deciding whether we wanted to make a permanent move to the Southern Highlands. Michael went out of his way to help us with our initial research and helped us gain a thorough understanding of what the Southern Highlands had to offer. Once we decided we would make the move; Michael listened to us in order to gain a solid understanding of our Brief. Unlike most other Agents who only showed us what was on their ‘books’; Michael took a proactive approach on our behalf and approached targeted houses to see if the owners were interested in selling.
