My Husband has dealt with Paul Champion 12tears ago when he sold the unit to my husband .I myself meet Paul about 2 years ago , I found him very easy to talk about anything & he proved he is a great listener . When we decided to sell our unit it was Paul who we were both wanted to sell our unit. He gave his honest option about price etc & we listened & both agreed on the price. I said we are not moving on the price we will stay to we get it, I'm a very stubborn person but fair .It took 6months sell & that was the average time in 2015, we got $1,500.00 less then the asking price we were very happy. The reason why we got what we wanted was because listened to us & he went over & beyond expectations .We would recommend Paul Champion to anyone who's looking for an honest Real Estate Agent as his last name is Champion he is one .
