Purchasing our first investment property

Carol Jennings was the real estate agent with whom we recently purchased our 1st investment property through. We had met Carol at a number of open houses in the Terrigal area and we were most impressed with her market knowledge. We explained our purchase scenario (and with honesty our budget) and within a very short period of time Carol was able to locate a very suitable house for our needs and in a location that was again exactly what we were looking for. Carol's honesty with the Vendor's requests that she was relaying to us was appreciated. Based on her recommendations we made just the one bid to purchase said property and we were successful with that one offer. We are very happy with the purchase and the price we paid which reflects current market prices. All in all the process was trouble free and incredibly efficient right through to settlement. With existing tenants already in place it was important for us as investors to make the process of the purchase of the property (to us) as least intrusive as possible for them. During the back half of the sale towards settlement, Carol also put us in touch with Raine & Horne's property leasing side and this has enabled us to keep the current tenants. As far as we are concerned it's been a real win, win for all parties involved. I can thoroughly recommend Carol Jennings for the sale or purchase of local real estate, particularly in the Terrigal and extended surrounding beach side suburbs as well as Raine & Horne Real estate Terrigal.
