Mendy has been fantastic. Our sale was a record for our street in Roseville by a very considerable amount and was done in about 10 days. She was able to identify and engage with a few potential buyers from the outset , through her very good understanding of the buyer market looking in our area. Mendy has also been extremely helpful in many other ways that were not necessary for her to do, including helping us look for short term rental accommodation while we look for a new home. Very polite, very professional and good to work with. I don’t think we could have asked for anything more then Mendy delivered. I highly recommend her to any prospective vendor. She knows the market.
