Outstanding Agent!!!

My wife and I live interstate and needed to sell our Sydney property in Caringbah. Sarah was recommended by another agent in the area, and we have absolutely no regrets about our decision to list our property with her. We have both been blown away at how easy the entire process was, and how little effort was required on our part. It really was a zero-stress experience!! Sarah and the team took care of every little detail, and explained every aspect of the process as things progressed. This included an explanation of the current market, getting repairs, maintenance and gardening done prior to the marketing campaign (all organised by Sarah and her team), organising staging furniture etc. The property presented beautifully (with no effort on our part), and Sarah worked hard to maximise our market exposure. Again, we were updated after every open home and each day once offers started coming in. We never felt like we didn't know exactly what was going on, and Sarah managed to sell the property prior to auction, at a price we were really happy with. We never knew selling a home could be so easy, and would use Sarah again (or recommend her to others) in a heartbeat.
