My husband and I found Iolanda and Simon to be highly professional, compassionate, understanding, sympathetic and knowledgeable in all the dealings we have had with them in the purchase of our investment property. There was an instant connection between us which we hope will continue as settlement of the unit takes place and the lease of our unit begins. As first time investors we are putting our trust in them for advice going forward and we believe they will give us the advice which will allow us to enjoy the landlord experience till the day we move into the property in a few years time.
