I placed my unit on the market with Wiseberry before the severity of the pandemic and the isolation rules and subsequent difficulties and economic uncertainties. I was absolutely delighted when they called to say they had a prospective purchaser and within hours Simon had negotiated a very satisfactory sale price with an immediate exchange of contracts. No doubt his professionalism and negotiating skills secured the sale for me at a very uncertain time.
