Michael Coombs, McGrath Mosman review

We have employed Michael and his team over 2 campaigns to sell our 17 Morella Road Mosman residence. While we received good coverage in local and overseas press and quite thorough feedback from potential interests, it was nevertheless a lengthy process in what was a fairly buoyant market. With persistence and some further advertising which was largely a concession from Michael's account, he was able to secure a motivated offshore buyer and ensure the deal was closed. This part of the transaction went quickly and smoothly and was well handled by the team. Overall, we were happy with the McGrath/Coombs performance and the quality of video, photography and internet production was outstanding. We achieved a most satisfactory price and would have every reason to recommend Michael to prospective clients.
