At every stage, the service, guidance, and communication from Donovan, Kate & the rest of the team was clear & consistent and we always felt that the advice provided was carefully considered and appropriate to the situation and stage of the sale. Communication was regular and easy without being overbearing, we were never left waiting for an answer or felt uncertain about what was happening. Updates were timely, and any questions raised were dealt with in a straightforward and thoughtful way. On more than one occasion when we requested something of Donovan he had already pre-empted our request and the issue had been dealt with.
