Donovan is a delightful agent, always warm and friendly and a pleasure to chat to. He is honest about market values and expectations, very genuine and has a wealth of knowledge of the area. He goes above and beyond, exceeding expectations, from numerous private inspections to help buyers through the property when they can’t attend set inspections, to the data collected throughout the marketing campaign, communicating interest clearly throughout, as well as regular in person meetings before and during the campaign. He has a great team working alongside including the lovely Kate, pressure washer, stylist and photography. We had a lot of questions prior to the sale and Donovan was always there to answer our calls and offer helpful advice.
