Good agency that take care of the tenants and landlords in balanced manner

In our experience tenants often are viewed as "lesser" in the equation. Agents and Landlords sometimes forget that the tenant is paying sometimes $50-80k or more per annum for rent and are not therefore the "lower" in the equation, rather an important part in this economic exchange. In the case of Chadwicks we have found them to be fair and straightforward in our dealings with them, especially in comparison to our past two agent/landlords where we had need to deal with matters through the Tribunal due to various breaches and inactions. In the case of Chadwick they were well prepared and organised for our arrival with information and were supportive of our needs. Since our arrival they have responded positively and helpfully with any of our queries, no matter how mundane and have worked with us to ensure our stay in our new residence will be suitably peaceful. We are most grateful for this.
