What an awful experience!

After expressing interest in a rental property our only contact was via email. I have yet to meet or even speak with the property manager. On request of meeting the agent/rental manager at the property for key handover, this was a no-go. As such, we had no idea where car spaces and storage was, or which key was which. Speaking with receptionist to request the rental manager call us to help I was told in no uncertain terms that it was my problem because I didn’t pick up keys during the week...my lease began on a Saturday, hence I am not legally allowed on premises until that time. Finally in and owner has left furniture in an “unfurnished” apartment. Once again, Chadwick tells me to store it! That is not my obligation. Chadwick have been the most unhelpful and rude agency I have encountered. Thank goodness I did not have them manage my own property. I CAN NOT I. Good conscience recommend this reality. The only decent person was Julian...he showed the property to us.
