Sale of 4 Gowrie Close St. Ives

We found Kathryn Purdy - and indeed Chadwick Real Estate - to be fine ambassadors for our house. Kathryn gave us a selling estimation that was vey accurate and she thus rates highly in credibility. She was always available - even after hours - and made the stressful procedure of selling a house as pleasant as was possible at the time. We had a difficult potential buyer, and Kathryn handled that situation with a minimum of fuss.
