I was introduced to Tim at a property viewing which was of interest to us.

Clearly very experienced in the market and Turramurra as a catchment area, with Tim there was no sales pitch or more accurately significantly less than other agents I have experience with. He knows his properties and customers and has teh ability to get to the facts that are important to both parties. Very commercially focused which is refeshing and from my experience to date gets the job done swiftly for both parties. We ended up buying and exchanging within a week of first viewing!!! Tim’s second challenge is now selling my property within the allocated time pre completing on the new property, watch this space!
