Selling Our House in Good Hands – Max’s Hands!

Due to our changed situations after 20 years, we had to sell our house before we can move on with our life. But recent attempts of selling our property by 3 other real estate agents failed leaving a dreadful scar on our confidence. We were in a sort of panic about what to do next. He frankly told us that, after so many years, even being well looked after, a significant internal renovation was very much warranted. We were taken aback but whole heartily agreed with him. 3. In renovation, Max assisted us with most decisions such as selecting a designer, a builder, handyman etc. He focused on details and came to check on job quality outside normal hours. 4. In marketing, Max again held our hands to decide how to promote our home as effective as possible. And providing us timely updates during the sale process. 5. to reach a deal before the Easter weekend, Max tirelessly negotiated with potential buyers and his dedication was well rewarded.
