Very Impressed

I purchased an investment property from Kim Jones. Although clearly acting for her Vendor, it was difficult for me not to increase my initial offer as her winning smile and persuasive reasoning was difficult to argue with! Kim exchanged my Contract that evening by driving it down to Wollongong for her Vendor client to approve and sign. I was very impressed with that. Not many Eastern Suburbs agents would drive to Wollongong especially for a sub $1m sale. Good on you Kim - your enthusiasm and energy didn't go unnoticed or unappreciated. Love my Stafford street investment!
