Sale of Rental Property

We would recommend Kel Sullivan to anyone wanting to sell their property. Kel was amazing from the very beginning when we were having initial discussions on selling our rental property. We had ideas about renovating the property to add value and appeal to attract buyers. After discussions with Kel, his recommendations and suggestions to add value to our home were on par to our budget. Kel's hindsight on what sells and what appeals to the buyer within their budget was spot on. He sourced potential buyers that were interested in the property during the process of renovating. The house was sold within a week of the house going on the market. This was beyond our expectations. I can't thank him enough, he puts 100% into his job and goes beyond the call of duty.
