Over and above expectations

I found Tav to be very professional and knowledgeable, not only in relation to the real estate I was purchasing, but also had a wide range of local contacts to assist me with acquiring consultants and contractors. Tav went out of his way on more than one occasion to bring his own Can-am 4 x 4 to the property to take me around the property when it was extremely wet and inaccessible with a standard 4WD.
