Delivered a great outcome

Jamie was easy to work with and I always felt he was very focussed on delivering as per the expectations he set on signing of the marketing agreement for my two properties. He worked well with the existing tenants, communicated in a clear, timely way and I valued his advice throughout. He was very patient in finding a fellow investor to take over the property, doing the right thing by the existing tenant despite significant interest from owner occupiers.
